POMIGAS was originally launched in 2019 by Jabatan Ketua Menteri Sabah, operated by Pejabat Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri dan Penyelidikan and the Jabatan Perkhidmatan Komputer Negeri Sabah. POMIGAS was used to collect and manage information on qualified talent interested in advancing their careers within the Oil and Gas industry, providing them with opportunities to upskill and grow within the sector.
POMIGAS serves as a specialized niche extension of the Sabah Jobs Portal, specifically designed to streamline recruitment and technical training within the state’s high-value Oil & Gas industry.
